What we receive through this website

When you send one of our four website forms (Contact, Request Care, Refer a Client, For Caregivers), we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the county, and the details of your request, application, or referral. We do not collect payment information on this website.

How a form is handled

The website form itself does not store your submission. It is sent as an email to our office mailbox and handled there by our office staff.

What the website itself collects

The pages of this website do not use analytics or advertising scripts. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives the standard technical request for those font files. Our hosting provider and its network service keep standard server logs, such as the address your device uses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use your information

To respond to your request, application, or referral and to arrange care or an interview.

How we contact you

Families and clients: by phone. Referral sources and caregiver applicants: by phone, text, or email. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.

Who sees it

Office staff who handle inquiries, scheduling, and hiring. Our website is hosted by GoDaddy and our office email runs on Microsoft 365; each processes data on our behalf under its own security practices.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us for as long as it is needed to respond and to arrange care or hiring, and as the law requires.
